Our Term Of Service are very simple and transparent:
- You can reschedule or cancel your Tuition up to 17:00 the day before your cleaning.
- You can stop your tuition plan at any time, up to 17:00 the day before your cleaning.
- We are committed to your happiness, and if you are not entirely satisfied, we will send you another tutor.
- Non Poaching: You cannot communicate with or employ, directly or indirectly, any of our current or past employees for 12 months after termination of either contract.
- If you paid us by credit card and you request a refund, we will refund the amount we have received, i.e. we do not pay you the transaction fees charged by the credit card companies.

We have two Pricing Options:
The Tutoring Plan is great if you know that you will have Tuition every week and that if you miss a Tuition, you will catch up within a month. You cannot carry over Tuition from one month to the other. With the Tutoring Plan, You can have up to three weeks of Tuition holidays per year. We will bill you monthly in advance for the period. If you need complete flexibility and control, select the Flexi Plan; we will bill you with an itemised bill at the end of the month. Flexi Plan is a manual process, and there is an Admin Fee of 12%. When you make your booking you are automatically on the Tutoring Plan. After your making is completed please contact us if you would like to change to the Flexi Plan.

- You must ensure that you consume all your Tuition during the billing period as you cannot carry over Tuition from one calendar month to the other.
- You can have up to three weeks of Tuition holidays each year. We will credit the missed Tuition during the holidays to your account.
- No itemised billing
- Pay on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s Tuition.

All invoices are payable upon receipt. Payment is considered received when the funds are deposited into our account. Late payment may result in additional fees, interest charges, and suspension of services.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or check. If payment is made by bank transfer, please include your invoice number in the reference section.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have received the invoice and agree to pay the full amount within the specified timeframe.
Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 3 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Service must not be used
- Service malfunctions or doesn’t work as described
- You can cancel your Tutoring plan at any time during a Plan period and up to 48 hours your plan’s renewal date.
You can change and reschedule a Tutoring session during any given Plan period at any time and up to 48 hours before the tuition.
Tuition cannot be transferred from on Plan period to the other, i.e. all tuition within a Plan must be taken during the Plan period.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Accounts and membership
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. Billing and payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Good Tutors Finder (TM) of CANICET GmbH and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Good Tutors Finder (TM) of CANICET GmbH for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Switzerland without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Switzerland, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acceptance of these terms
